DataMaps a script to display any data in an interactive and engaging way inside the map.
It is provided with ready-to-use maps: world map with countries, as well as a map of the U.S. states.
Map data is stored as JSON and any custom maps can be created with the following structure.
DataMaps uses D3, Backbone Underscore, and available on a jQuery-plugin (or as a separate tool Backbone viewport).
There is also support for rendering data in the form of bubbles of different sizes, which will display the data on the region.
